Very good and beautiful story, you really captured the feel and conditions of the oriental culture, along with their sensitivies. Keep up the good work!!! Good Luck!!!

I love how you weave your story. I love that their relationship stagnates and is re-kindled. I love the honesty of your writing. Thank you.

My god! This story was so stunning, you would think you experienced the things you write. I always wanted to be a writer and I’ve never had a guide. I’m very secretive about my writings but if even I look for an example it is you my dear! I just got done with my husband before I read this and already I’m full of emotion! What should be dry is not and what should be confidant and calloused is more rigid and vulnerable. My only fear is that I will read them and have none left to read. I hope with all of my heart that you have a man to make you feel the pleasure you produce. Please email me, since you have my email via these requirements, I would love to have a conversation with you!

This piece was beautiful and captivating. Definitely my favorite that I’ve read so far. I adored the element of love between a husband and wife… It makes everything much more realistic and I could relate easily back to my love and me. Watching porn and reading your stories both get me off, but your writing offers so so so much more … I feel emotionally connected to your characters, the story. You really make me feel as if I was there! I also love the touches of humor you sprinkle throughout your pieces. And I also love love love how culturally accurate you are when you write stories set in different countries, such as this one. Needless to say I will be extremely upset when I finally read everything on your site!! You’re extremely talented. Thank you so much for sharing your work on the internet for people like me to read.

Wow this is surprisingly good writing. It’s like something i would read on the hairpin.com ( not an erotica website, just have a lot of good writing on fun topics). It’s not …um… masturbtating material because it’s so good. There’s a true story and characters and plot twist. Thanks for sharing it for free!

Fascinating story. For me it was much more a well written psychological and cultural study than erotica. I enjoyed it. And, really, very Japanese. Can’t imagine it working in any other setting.

What a sweet story of a truly amazing couple. Makes me wish my husband were in a different profession…. I only found one typo. ““Kaori, my dear, will you do me a flavor?” I suspect you meant “favor.” But the Freudian slip is a nice one.

    • October 30, 2015 at 11:18 am

Oh, thanks so much for spotting the typo! Glad you liked it. And yes, there’s a parapraxis if there ever was one!

Loved the story as well. If you are looking for additional typos, you might see if “amour” (for samurai) in the opening lines is really supposed to be “armor”.

this is the first time I have visited the site and this was the first selection. the story built up to a very satisfying ending of realization and reconciliation. I loved the last sentence as an ending. I look forward to more enjoyable tales.

I don’t know what i was expecting, but you surprise me at every turn. Beautifully woven stories with living, breathing characters, and from all over the world and all space and time! Not many erotica writers are willing to venture far from their cozy nests of New York Apartments or Rustic Winter Lodges. You have the spectacular ability to do just that, and do it so flawlessly that it seems you were born for it ( we all know you were ).

…..It was the first story i read on your website….and wow…. I have read all the comments and it seems everyone enjoyed the story as much as i did…. thank you for allowing me to realise erotica doesn’t have to stray far from the magic of english and its stories….thank you

I love how sexy and genuine this is. The cadence of the piece makes it sounds like an old story. Beautiful and tender, which you don’t often find in erotica.

P.S. The title has a typo. Ought to be “objects.” 🙂

This is beautiful……I swear this is one of the best things I’ve read! I dont read all the time but I’d like to think I know a good piece when I see one. I wish I could write like you! The flow of the story seems so….effortless, I’ve never been in a relationship but for some reason I could empathize with every character! How are you not famous?!

    • September 16, 2016 at 8:29 pm

Perhaps because I’m not interested in being famous. I’m just very grateful that you have found my stories, and you’ve read one.

I stumbled across your website whilst searching for something completely different. Sometimes this happens in life when you are searching for something specific and you actually find something unique. Who you are in terms of your writing fascinates me as you write creatively with such confidence. You either have vast life experience or you research your subject matter almost forensically.

Without hesitation I shall be following your quill henceforth.

I love your writing. I honestly, with all of my heart, love your writing. When I read a story, it is very unusual for me to like other work from the writer. I have read the majority of your stories and I love them all. Thank you for sharing your amazing writing with the world. Please keep up the good work 🙂

This was very good, I like how you really conveyed the culture. The subtle things, like the head bobbing. And you seem to know an awful lot about the malleability of tortoise shells. Honestly great.

    • January 13, 2017 at 1:36 pm

Hahahahaha. I did a bit of research on how it was traditionally processed. I can assure you, I would never deprive a cute little tortoise of its shell myself. 😛

Your writing is beautiful. It is erotic and romance telling a story that all men should read. Pay attention to your wife. Appreciate what she does to help you succeed and concentrate on her as much as you do other areas of your life. Beautifully put.

Wow. What did I just read! This is the first erotica I can actually call one. Like the simplicity of words was commendable. It made me feel aroused in a different kind of way. Hats off to you.

Arousing, informational, inventive, romantic and sexy; what erotica is truly for! Puts one in new place and opens avenues to new ideas and feelings.

This was amazing. I especially have a soft spot for stories about romance between shall we say, ‘permanent’ lovers. This one left me aching in my heart as much as between my legs. I keep coming back here for more gems like this. Thank you RG

I love the relationship between the two main characters. It’s adorable and I appreciate the amount of research that was probably put into making it seem realistic to Japanese culture.

I love your work, this story residing with my favorites of yours (though I think my favorite of yours is Motorcycle Hug). The only critique I have is that on the main screen says “Ojects” instead of “Objects” in the title. Thank you for posting your work!

I really enjoyed the story. It is sensitive and seems true to the cultural and historical context. It is a short story with an erotic subject. I like how the story represents both husband’s and wife’s perspectives with balance, and their respective shortcomings are not criticized for the purpose of blame but rather they both grow and learn and experience rewards in pleasure and closeness. One small criticism I have is that I do not like certain slang words like ‘cunt’ and ‘cock’ in the context of this story, because it is tender, and I feel like they abruptly cheapen the style a little. I admit, though, it might take creativity to replace them.

Anyway, this was my first story on your site, and I look forward to the others! Can you follow up with one about the geisha?

This is a beautiful story. I love the way you portray this marriage’s relationship. The way the love dies out a bit from him being too obsessed with his work, to the way the love gets refueled. This is my first story on your site, and I really enjoy your writing style.

What a lovely story; made me feel like I was reading an old folk tale. The ebb and flow of the relationship is beautifully portrayed, thank you for a most entertaining and sensual read…
