It’s been a hell of a week. Apologies for the lack of posts. This morning, however, I have two bits of news.
Monocle has just had his story collection, Through A Tinted Lens, published at Republica Press.
Through a Tinted Lens contains six delightful, daring, and dangerous erotic stories for women: A cheated-on woman finds comfort—and more in the arms of an unseen lover; A rave-kid stumbles into a section of the floor where the bump and grind is taken to the next level; A misty morning spells a new adventure in the heart of the city; A young, bored bride is seduced into much more than petting in a secluded garden; this week it is her turn to be the center of attention; and a climber drives herself to a most dangerous test of love and trust. At turns romantic and edgy these are stories of women exploring and experiencing new aspects of themselves and the sensual world around them.
Please go and take a look. This man does write incredibly yummy stories.
Claudia D. Christian, writer of ‘deliciously miserable love stories’Â is documenting where writers write.
Writers often spend hours perfecting their craft in solitude. When I came across the article “21 Designer Workspaces†I found myself wondering where other writers spend the majority of their time creating. So my call is for all writers, regardless of genre, to please submit a picture of where you write at cdc@claudiadchristian.com.
So if you write, and you have a space where you do it regularly, please invite her into your lair and let her see where your creativity takes form.
Here’s mine:
I usually write sitting lotus position style with the laptop in front of me. But sometimes, if it’s not too hot, I’ll stretch out and write with the laptop on my lap on a cushion (those damn macs get hot). Often my cat will come and try to hog the bed. I don’t like clutter or distraction, so no books, pics, or anything else in the vicinity. I can’t write with music playing either. Just doesn’t work for me.
So…where do you write? Please participate in Claudia’s interesting study of studies.
Thank you so much, RG!
Rgrl, you do so much to build the erotica community! Thank you. And I love your place.
Love those windows.
RG,
Looks like a lovely place to create…thank you for sharing.
What a pleasant place to write. How nice.
